Our Wellness Sessions meet you where you are—offering a safe, non-judgemental space to breathe deeply, move intentionally, and rediscover what feels alive and true for you.

We support you through guided mindful somatic practices rooted in integral yoga, meditation, and conscious living—helping you feel grounded, empowered, present, and at home in your own body.

No experience is necessary—just a willingness to show up for yourself.

Your Session 


We tailor each two hour session to you—your life, your pace, and your real needs—so you walk away with something you can genuinely use every day.

Sessions are one-to-one and held at a private venue in Golden Bay.

If you’re staying at Creating Balance Nature Retreat, ask us about enhancing your time here with a wellness session held onsite.
