Through mindful movement, breath, relaxation, and reflective dialogue, sessions unfold responsively—cultivating steadiness, reconnection with your body, and greater ease within your lived experience.

Each session is shaped around your individual needs, complementing professional trauma therapy while honouring your autonomy, inner wisdom, and innate capacity for healing.

Our trauma-informed sessions assist you in restoring agency, establishing healthy boundaries, and cultivating a caring relationship with yourself, others, and the wider world.

  • Through mindful movement, breathwork, meditation, and deep relaxation, sessions support nervous system regulation and reconnection with your felt sense in a gradual, attuned way.

    You’re invited to explore practices that cultivate inner safety, steadiness, and clarity—strengthening personal agency and self-trust over time.

  • Facilitation is client-led, collaborative, and responsive—honouring your pace, autonomy, and moment-to-moment experience.

    Sessions prioritise choice, consent, and adaptability, allowing you to shape your practice in alignment with your physical, emotional, and mental state.

    A spacious, non-judgemental environment supports the emergence of inner calm, belonging, and integration.

    • Strengthening interoceptive, exteroceptive, and proprioceptive awareness

    • Expanding your window of tolerance and supporting nervous system regulation

    • Identifying physical, emotional, and mental states and needs

    • Practising boundary-setting and discernment in challenging moments

    • Integrating movement, breath, mantra, mudra, Yoga Nidra and meditation as regulation tools
