We tailor each immersion to you—your life, your pace, and your real needs—so you walk away with something you can genuinely use every day.

All immersions take place at a private venue. In Golden Bay, we’ll happily suggest and arrange the perfect space for you; elsewhere, we’ll work with a venue of your choice.

Individuals or pairs

Private 2-hour immersion—a focused, personalised space to breathe, move, and reconnect.

Small groups

2–3 hour immersion—a supportive group space to nurture wellbeing and self-care together.

  • Deep guided yogic relaxation to cultivate calm, clarity, and insight—supporting nervous system regulation and deep restorative rest.

  • Tailored yogic meditation practices (pratyahara, dharana, dhyana) to gently turn awareness inward, welcome all parts of yourself, and support integration—anchoring you in calm presence, where your relative self and your essential self can be experienced in harmony.

  • Intentional hand gestures and subtle energetic locks to support neural integration, physical stability, mental clarity, and emotional balance.

  • Sanskrit sound practices to release mental tension, deepen focus, express emotion, and reconnect you with inner confidence and positivity.

  • Practical insights to integrate more intentional choices into daily life—such as mindful eating, sustainable habits, and purposeful decision-making—aligning actions with values for deeper fulfilment.
